RATE OF CASUAL DRIVERS ::

Rate for Corporate Members :
It has been decided by the Management that in case of requirement of Casual Drivers by the Corporate Members of AAEI for their Vehicles/Ambulance, the rate of Casual Driver will be as follows. Over and above the Corporate Member will have to pay Processing charges @ 15% on the drivers' wages.

All type of L.M.V. for 9 hours
(with a break of half-an-hour Tiffin)
Rs. 175/- per day
Over time after 9 hours
Rs. 20/- per hour
All type of Medium Vehicles
(with a break of half-an-hour Tiffin)
Rs. 275/- per day
Over time after 9 hours
Rs. 40/- per hour
All type of Heavy Vehicles
(with a break of half-an-hour Tiffin)
Rs. 375/- per day
Over time after 9 hours
Rs. 50/- per hour

 

  

}After 10.00 P.M. and before 7.00 a.m. taxi fare to be paid. (Rs. 50 Fixed)

 

 

Rate for Individual Members :
 (A) Rs.150/- for 9 hour duty, with a break of half-an-hour tiffin for driving (L.M.V.) Ambassadar/ Ambassadar (Isuzu)/ Fiat/ Maruti 800/ Van/ Esteem/ Zen/ Wagon R/ Indica Indigo/ Martiz/ Santro /Fiat Palio/ UNO/ 118 NE/ Pegot.

The rate of overtime duty in excess of 9 hour duty in this case shall be Rs.20/-per hr. After10.30 P.M. and before 6.00 a.m. conveyance allowance of Rs. 50.00 (Fixed) along with overtime of Rs.20/- per hour should be paid.

(B) Rs.175/- for 9 hour duty with a break of half-an-hour tiffin for driving Staff Car/ Cash Van/ Jeep/ Jypsy/ Contessa/ Tata Sumo, Seara/ Toyota /Oualis /Ford /Escort /Ikon/ Opel Astra, Corssa/ Hundai Accent/ Honda City/ Baleno/ Mitshubishi Lanser/ Scropeo.

The rate of overtime duty in excess of 9 hour duty in this case shall be Rs.22/-per hr. up to 10.00 P.M. After 10.00 P.M. and before 7.00 a.m. taxi fare to be paid. ( Rs. 50.00 Fixed)

The above rates are applicable to journey within a radious of 50 kms. From AAEI Head Quarter, Kolkata.

(C) For outstation duty beyond 50 kms. (Sun rise to Sun set) Rs.300/- per day for light/medium motor cars/vehicles. In addition the Driver on outstation duty shall be entitled to fooding and lodging up to the date of return to Kolkata by first available train plus 2nd Class Railway fare with reservation.

If the service of the driver so requisitioned is not required on reporting please pay Rs.150/- / Rs. 175/- as the case may be as his dues.

This order will be effective from 17th September, 2009.

Regarding Conveyance Charge it was decided by the Management that if the distance of the residence/office of the member is more than 3 km. from this office Rs.10/- will have to be paid to the concerned driver apart from other charges conveyance charge.
